Combining twenty years of practical experience of all aspects of international freight management with expert knowledge on customs documentation and document processing technology, Ghouse is responsible for ensuring that TNETS meets the needs and exceeds the expectations of clients and shareholders and stakeholders such as Singapore Customs, corporate clients, freight forwarders, as well as air and sea carriers.
Ghouse has been the driving force behind the growth of TNETS since its inception and continues to be a powerful thought leader and driver for change within the customs industry in Singapore.
Ghouse’s success in bringing a new level of professionalism to the industry was recognised in 2008 with the presentation of the Leading Indian Young Entrepreneur award by the President of Singapore.

Founder & Director – Business Development
Neil’s career has spanned a succession of MNCs, a wide variety of senior management and board roles. It has taken him all over the world and into industries as diverse as publishing, advertising, telecommunications, oil & gas, transportation, logistics and banking.
Allied to his role with TNETS, Neil runs Mangrove Holdings which invests in and advises shipping , transport and logistics and related businesses. Prior to this, he was Vice President – APAC with EXEL PLC where he transformed the business from that of asset-operator to integrated supply chain service provider.
Neil holds an MBA from Rutgers University and completed MIT’s Big Data & Social Analytics program. He is a sought after speaker on management & supply chain topics, including blockchain, big data, trade compliance, supply chain digitisation, and is well-connected within the Asian logistics and transportation industry.

Gerard’s experience in the international freight management industry stretches back over twenty five years.
After a successful career with MSAS (now DHL) he established his own freight forwarding business together with Ghouse and they then shortly founded TNETS along with Neil Johnson to provide personnel and services to the multinational freight forwarders and logistics companies.
Gerard’s role is to ensure that day to day operations are run smoothly and that TNETS’ services meet or exceed the requirements of customers and Singapore Customs. In the context of this role, Gerard harnesses both the most up-to-date and sophisticated declaration processing technology and a well-trained and eager workforce.
Gerard also ensures that TNETS management reporting, corporate accounting and external financial reporting is updated timely and that at all times shareholder value is being retained and enhanced.

Joining the TNETS team in 2011 as a Senior Operations Manager, Jagjit ironed out some of our processes to ensure smooth operations on a day to day basis. Along the years, he developed pivotal training programs that helped TNETS secure and maintain our excellence certifications. Through his network, he was also able to bring in new businesses for TNETS while managing both Off-site and Onsite operations teams.
With over 35 years of experience in the logistics industry, Jagjit is currently a Senior Manager handling our key corporate accounts. Being a customer centric manager, he has led training webinars for our clients during the COVID-19 pandemic and continues to increase our customer engagement in various ways.
During his leisure time, Jagjit enjoys a good novel and is a big sports fan of football and badminton.

Senior Manager – Key Accounts – Logistics
George joined TNETS in 2011 as Senior Manager – Business Development & Customer Services. Previously from DHL Global Forwarding, he has over 35 years of experience in the logistics industry. He is quick to provide solutions to clients to overcome permit declaration and other operations challenges. He works closely with the Sales team on solutions that can be catered to the specific needs of new clients.
As we continue to grow our business in customs declarations, George is now a Senior Manager/Key Accounts for Logistics, where he handles 3rd party logistics companies, looking into outsourcing part of their operations to TNETS.
George’s mantra of ‘age isn’t a reason to slow down’ is in unison with TNETS’ approach to a balanced and healthy lifestyle. An avid tennis player, He also does brisk walking to keep his body and mind healthy in his free time.

Manager – Research & Development
In 2005, we had Mujameel joining TNETS’ information technology, quality control and audit team. He started building his extensive knowledge on custom brokerage, regulations, and trade requirements. Over the years, he developed good relationship with local Customs and CAs by ensuring all customs processes are within compliance.
With 15 solid years of experience in import export operations and customs compliance, he is now our R&D Manager working with our IT team for our software development life cycle which includes data analysis, system design, functional requirements analysis, and implementation for TNETS v4.1, DMS software. He manages about 100 customers and 500 users in our current system.
When he is not cracking the code of innovation, Mujameel is actively involved in community projects and plays badminton to keep fit.

As a fresh graduate, Abu started his career with TNETS in 2010. He handled various type of customs declarations, certificate of origin and other services rendered to our valued customers. As his career progressed, he was heavily involved in IT related projects and played a vital role in providing the business process requirements and workflow processes in the most efficient manner.
Currently, Abu is our Operations & Customer Service Manager, whose focus is to drive business operations excellence within the department. An out-of-the-box thinker who is technology driven to enhance our products and services offered to clients.
A fast learner who is result oriented, at times, he puts his culinary skills to test and whips out dishes for our colleagues to feast on. A masterchef in making!

Manager – Business Development
Venthan first joined our operations team in 2009. As he learnt the ropes of the customs declaration business, within two years he became part of our Sales and Customer Service department. He proactively addressed customer needs, which translated in new businesses and renewals.
Currently, Venthan is our Business Development Manager. As part of our corporate management team, his strong interpersonal and leadership skills is helping to build a good rapport with our clients to identify and map our business strengths to their needs. He also has a knack of forming strategic partnerships to explore growth opportunities within and between organizations.
An ardent football and Manchester United fan, Venthan is a regular jogger and a travel enthusiast who loves the adventure and the spontaneity that the journey brings.

Manager – HR/Administration & Finance
In 2016, Nora was appointed as the Human Resources & Administrative Executive. Within a short period of time, she proved herself to be an invaluable team player who can lead, train, problem-solve on all HR matters.
Known as a people’s person, Nora is now our Human Resources, Administration and Finance Manager who works closely with our Directors to strategically plan, drive, and reinforce valuable HR changes into the organisation. She has taken on an additional role as the Finance manager to supervise all financial activities related to account payables, account receivables and expenses.
As she continues to nurture TNETS’ positive workplace culture, Nora is an active volunteer with the Grassroots organisation under People’s Associations as well as with SANA, SPCA, Mendaki, CWS and PGO as an event volunteer.
