Where no system connectivity is required we can have you live in days. Provided it’s a standard SAP, Oracle or NetSuite installation then our APIs can also be live and tested in days. If there are more complex arrangements for receiving files then further testing might be required.

Generally we try to avoid complex charging mechanisms and prefer to stick to a single price per declaration type. Equally, we don’t charge implementation fees for connecting to our systems unless customisation is required and then it will be based on a reasonable allocation of the time spent. For standalone system access such as Customs 360, TradeHelix or Customs Control Tower, we have an monthly licencing fee, with large discounts for annual payments.

Given our roots in Southeast Asia, many of our clients started with us there. Given that more than 50% of our clientbase is European, and another large percentage is drawn from the US and Japan, our footprint has naturally expanded to embrace more and more countries. There is no country in which we can’t offer a centralised single customs broker service, but set up times will vary from country to country due to local registration requirements when taking on new clients.
